Customer Portal and Portal Options

You can access the Lincoln Crossing Internet portal at the following.

HOA INTERNET PORTAL

If you haven’t received an invitation or haven’t set up your portal yet, please reach out to our customer service through the provided options. This will ensure we have your accurate information and can promptly send you the portal invite.

Once logged in, you will see the front page of the dashboard. That will show your current plan and balance due.

You will see 4 options on the left. Dashboard, Billing, Support, and Settings. You can upgrade your current plan, make payments, and create support tickets from this dashboard. These will be explained in other support articles, but we will cover account settings below.

You can update your account password through the settings section by choosing the “Change password” option. You can type the new password here, then click “Save” in the bottom right corner.

Next, you can click on “Payments”. This will let you add/remove a credit or debit card and also set services to auto-pay.

The final settings option is your account information.

If any of this information is incorrect, or ever needs to be updated, please call Customer Service at 916-486-4622 or open a ticket through the Support option, and we will update it.
