Customer Service will ask if you are canceling due to moving or switching providers. If you are switching providers, they will ask additional questions such as, what company you are switching to and for what reasons, such as pricing or faster speeds. This information will help us improve our service.
Customer Service will also inform you if there is any equipment to be returned. Equipment can be dropped off or mailed to one of our offices below:
