What’s Next After You Sign Up for VOIP with Succeed

Thanks for choosing Succeed VOIP! Now that your order is submitted, here’s what happens next so you know exactly what to expect.

🚚 Step 1: Phone Setup & Installation

  • Orders under 10 phones are typically ready next business day
  • Phones are either shipped or hand-delivered, depending on your location
  • Please ensure each phone location has:
    • A working Ethernet port
    • A power outlet, unless you’re using POE (Power over Ethernet)

For hand deliveries, a technician from our team will:

  • Install your phones
  • Ensure everything powers on and connects
  • Leave a quick-start guide with how-tos for calling, transferring, and voicemail

🔁 Step 2: Number Porting & Temporary Call Forwarding

To keep your service uninterrupted:

  • You’ll receive temporary numbers
  • You must forward your existing business numbers to these temporary numbers through your previous provider’s portal or by calling your previous provider’s support line.

Do NOT cancel your previous phone services during this process.
If your account is closed before the port completes, your number will be lost and cannot be recovered.

  • Porting typically takes up to 2 weeks
  • You’ll be notified when the port is successful — and can cancel with your previous provider after notification.

🔧 Step 3: Call Flow Setup

We’ll work with you to configure:

  • Auto attendants
  • Ring groups
  • Call routing

You’ll have 2 months of free adjustments to your call flow. After that, changes are billed at $150/hour.

📱 Step 4: Using Your Phone System

You’ll also get:

  • Access to the VOIP Web Portal to manage voicemails, forwarding, hotkeys, and launch the softphone.
  • The SnapMobile app to use your business number from your cellphone
→ Use Host ID: succeednet during setup

Note: App and softphone setup is self-guided. Limited support is available.
