How to change my WiFi password

This article only relates to managed WiFi devices provided by Succeed.net as an optional monthly service.

We have two WiFi Devices.  See below for directions:

Ubiquit Aircube:

You will not be able to change the password from your end at this time. To change your password you will need to contact Support with one of the following methods:

1 – Call our 24/7 Tech Support at (530) 674-4200 x1

2 – Email: support@mysucceed.net with the WiFi password change request.
NOTE: Please be sure to include the first and last name on your account as well as your billing or physical address. Also, include the password you would like the router to be changed to.

3 – Open an Online Chat: Go to succeed.net and open the “chat with us” icon at the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: This option is only available during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm)

TP-Link Deco:

You should have been emailed a link to download the TP-Link app to manage this device. If you did not receive this email, please contact Support with one of the following methods:

1 – Call our 24/7 Tech Support at (530) 674-4200 x1

NOTE: Please be sure to include the first and last name on your account as well as your billing or physical address. Also, include the password you would like the router to be changed to.

3 – Open an Online Chat: Go to succeed.net and open the “chat with us” icon at the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: This option is only available during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm)

If you do not have the Succeed.Net “Managed WiFi” service, then you will need to contact the manufacturer of the router that you have. Examples of the manufacturer names are Netgear, TP-Link, Linksys, Asus, etc.
