If you have the Succeed.Net “In Home Wifi” service, then you will not be able to change the password from your end. To change your password you will need to contact support in one of three ways.
1 – Call our 24/7 Tech Support at (530) 674-4200 x1
2 – Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the wifi password change request.
NOTE: Please be sure to include the first and last name on your account as well as your billing or physical address. Also include the password you would like the router to be updated to.
3 – Open an Online Chat: Go to succeed.net and open the “chat with us” icon at the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: This option is only available during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)
If you do not have the Succeed.Net “In Home Wifi” service, then you will need to contact the manufacturer of the router that you have. Examples of the manufacturer names are Netgear, TP-Link, Linksys, Asus, Etc.
