How do I Renew my Promo Pricing?

If you are one of our Fixed Wireless customers, your plan may have come with a 12-month promo that is discounting the service plan price. However, this promo can be renewed each year instead of being one time only as with other companies.

You can contact Customer Service at 530-674-4200 each year and we will renew this promo as a loyalty discount. This is also a good time to inquire if we have newer plans that will have better speeds and pricing.
