Please make sure to include a subject that indicates the service that you are having an issue with (Air Fiber, DSL, Email…) and the general issue you are having (no connection, blocked email, intermittent connection…) and in the cases where there are services at multiple locations, the service address of the service in question. If your email address is not the main email address on the account then please also include your name to assist in finding the account and addressing the issue.
