If you need to reset your email password, you will need to contact a Succeed.Net support technician to get it updated. You can do this one of the following 3 ways.
1 – Call our 24/7 Tech Support at (530) 674-4200 x1
2 – Email: support@succeed.net with another email you have access to.
NOTE: Please be sure to include the first and last name on your account as well as your billing or physical address. Also, include the password you would like and the email address it is for.
3 – Open an Online Chat: Go to succeed.net and open the “chat with us” icon at the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: This option is only available during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm)
